A custom in situ synthesis technique is used to generate 330,000 random-sequence peptides in a 1 square centimeter surface on silicon wafers.  Each 1x3 inch slide contains 24 different 330,000 peptide arrays which can be assayed individually.  These arrays are useful for disease discrimination and epitope identification in addition to kinase assays, protein binding, peptide-cell ligand identification, and monoclonal characterization.  Each sample is processed independently, but technical replicates are recommended.  Our minimum guaranteed correlation is 0.80, or your samples will be reprocessed.Composition:  full random library synthesized on amino silaneSlide surface: amino silane 1nm
